The interior of the residence is more than 1000 m2, which we designed in the style of natural minimalism. The design is based on complex geometric shapes, for example, an accent staircase, which acts as a visual dominant of the overall space and is visible from the hallway itself. Another unusual detail of the living room is a glass bulb with a winter garden, which is visible from all sides.
In the planning solution of a house, it is atypical to have three independent master blocks at once. Since the house is designed to accommodate 4 family members (parents and a couple of adult children), we developed separate private blocks for each of the customers’ daughters and the main master bedroom for themselves.
The house also has a spa complex with a swimming pool and hammam, offices, guest bedrooms and other rooms typical of large modern country villas.
