This is a modern, non-trivial 1000 m2 house that we designed for a family with adult children. And this fact is reflected in the planning decision, as we placed in the house, in fact, 3 independent master bedrooms: for parents and two children, while ensuring the proper level of privacy.
Architecturally, the house is maximally deployed on a spacious plot of 70 acres. The first floor is a complex, massive composition of concrete elements, while the second floor, in contrast, seems airy and weightless thanks to the large amount of glass and metal, while reflecting the mesmerizing surroundings of the house.
