The house is located in Tbilisi on a mountain slope, offering stunning views of the city itself.
When working on this project, there were many limiting factors: the complex polygonal shape of the site itself, the relief drop of up to eight meters.
The customer's wish was a house consisting of several buildings, one of which would be a completely independent residential unit, where the customer wanted to settle his parents. It was also a wish to perform some rooms with simultaneous orientation on both sides: on the city and on the picturesque spectacular Kazbek mountain.
The architecture of the house is made with reference to the original Georgian style, which is expressed by such techniques as the use of bricks of the appropriate shade from local clay rocks and untreated wood in the form of a colonnade around the perimeter.
