An atypical project for our studio—a compact yet incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed 60 m² apartment. The clients approached us with a highly detailed brief, specifying everything from the interior color palette to a dedicated phone shelf in the shower, as well as their wish to make the apartment equally comfortable for themselves and their cat, Frosya. Therefore, we utilized every millimeter of space functionally and even created a separate luxury suite for Frosya.

This is an ideal forest house for a country holiday — on 35 m2 we have provided everything you need — an atmospheric terrace, a barbecue area, a fireplace in the kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a view of the forest and much more, so that the experience of interacting with architecture and nature becomes special and memorable.

The main feature of this house is the complete absence of compromises: a kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom on the entire floor with a length of 33 meters and a glass garage with exclusive retro cars. And that’s not all.
This unique black house was designed on a complex terrain, in a ravine with a drop of 8 meters and its entire shape seems to «float» above the ground. Architect and owner of the house Yuri Kulikov built this house for himself and showed an inspiring example of how expressive and impressive modern private architecture can be.
