A project of a modern minimalist villa in Thailand with a view of the golf courses.
Stylistically, the building is divided into two levels: the lower part, which is a kind of base, and the upper part in strict laconic forms, calmly rising above the lower base.
Taking into account the climatic conditions of the region, we made the entire front yard completely covered with a canopy and connected to the building so that residents could be protected from any bad weather.
The back yard is entirely dedicated to recreation and entertainment: a swimming pool, a BBQ area and a soft lounge area under a canopy. There is also a separate building for a bathhouse, from which you can go out and plunge into a flowing stream on the border of the site.
