Our task was to make a comfortable house for a large family consisting of several generations. Therefore, the project does not have one, but several independent sleeping blocks, so that the life of all family members is independent and comfortable.
Another unusual element of the planning solution is the SPA block, which is the center of the composition and works in an accent on most areas of the house. All the main rooms of the house look into the courtyard, providing privacy and the best views.
The architecture here is solved almost monomaterially, which makes it, despite the area, neat and unobtrusive, you almost don't notice it.
