When working on the project, the main idea was to have a clear understanding of both the composition of the premises and their interaction with each other. The customer presented to us his vision of the house and premises, as well as an understanding of the orientation of certain premises in a certain direction with a view of the bay of the Dnieper River.
The spatial composition of the house and the architecture itself are designed in the most concise solutions. The house is entirely plastered, and large-format granite and panoramic glazing are used as visual accents.
