Oriental motifs combined with minimalism, tactile textures, and carefully chosen color accents form the basis of the residence's design in the ESSENSE ecopolis.
The project's concept is to "clothe" the brutal, cold, natural stone volumes in warm wood tones, creating a soft, calm, and enveloping environment. This creates a space where strict geometry is balanced by the warmth of the material, and nature becomes part of the interior.
Balance, tranquility, and measuredness are the key sensations that set the rhythm of the home and shape its atmosphere.
The focal point of the first floor's composition is a T-shaped hub: a kitchen island that flows into a dining table, and a fireplace partition that unites the dining room and living room into a single visual and functional unit. This technique establishes the structure of the space and supports the architectural logic of the entire residence.
Despite the complex and deep tones of the house's overall design, the children's rooms are bright and vibrant.
The entire interior is built on a dialogue of opposites: heavy stone and light ornamental screens, strict geometry and the tactile warmth of wood tones, open spaces and private areas. This is a house where architecture appeals to emotion—soft, calm, and balanced. A house in which every material has its place and every volume resonates in a unified rhythm.
