White Rocks is a complex of villas in the city center with a sea view. Here we sought to create not just a cottage village, but rather a closed club, so that the residents of the village would feel part of a chamber residential complex.
Since the area of the plots for development is very limited, it was decided to abandon the concept of streets with fences and the tunnel effect. On the contrary, we made the absence of fences one of the main features of the project. At the same time, we ensured the privacy of each house thanks to personal space in the form of terraces, pools and parking spaces. As a result, we got a unique village with modern architecture and the atmosphere of sunny California.
