This entrance pavilion shapes it for residents, guests, and even passers-by — while the smooth transition from side walls to the village fence symbolically invites one to step inside and emphasizes the unity of architecture with nature.
The project includes a distribution loop with thoughtful landscape design and a compact guest parking for 10 vehicles, harmoniously integrated beside the building. This solution ensures visitor convenience while preserving the aesthetic integrity of the entire ensemble.
The building’s architectural expression echoes private houses with pitched roofs and references traditional Russian wooden architecture — specifically, the image of a log cabin with a timber roof. A glued-laminated timber frame allows the massive gable roof to appear “suspended” above ground, creating a sense of lightness and airiness. This effect is enhanced by frameless glazing on the ground floor, visually blurring the boundary between interior and surrounding space.
The building layout is maximally simple and functional. The mezzanine level houses a meeting room and a server room. Two usage scenarios are foreseen for the main space:
