The house is surrounded by large beautiful trees, the preservation of which has become the philosophy of this project.
The volumetric planning solution of the house creates an inner courtyard surrounded by a glass gallery of the living room and SPA rooms. To ensure privacy and acoustic comfort, the inner courtyard is separated from the street by a two-story volume, including bedrooms and a workshop on the second floor. At the same time, for better insolation of the courtyard, the middle part of the house is one-story with an exploited roof.
To harmoniously merge the house with the surroundings, we chose wooden planks with green oil treatment and stainless steel roofing scales for finishing the facades.
