A project of a modern house, harmoniously integrated into a dense development. We developed all solutions taking into account the complex terrain, creating a balance between privacy and openness.
The U-shaped house creates a private courtyard, uniting the interior and exterior. Panoramic glazing and competent orientation of the premises provide natural light and open beautiful views of the forest.
Functional zoning clearly separates the guest and private parts, connected by a gallery and a central courtyard. On the second floor, the gallery creates a balance between the children's and master bedrooms.
The architectural image emphasizes the play of volumes: the first floor is made of large-format porcelain stoneware and glass, the second - in dynamic cladding made of steel scales, creating an expressive and memorable silhouette.
