The house is located on a steep terrain, has 3 floors (the basement is completely underground, the first and second). The house has an elevator so that over the years it would be comfortable to move around the floors of the house.
There was a tree growing on the site that the customer wanted to preserve, which affected the planting of the house on the site.
The first floor is located across the plot to create privacy and give a panorama from the house to the backyard. The angle of rotation of the second floor was significantly affected by the limitations of the view corridor due to vegetation and neighboring buildings. That's why we turned the floor so that the master bedroom had a beautiful view of the reservoir.
