The design site is located near a protected forest, so maximum disclosure of the species characteristics makes the forest an integral part of the architectural concept.
The complex includes two buildings - the main and guest houses. Their location is thought out to create a comfortable living space, while maintaining privacy and connection with nature. One of the key characteristics of the project is the division of the territory into several courtyards, each of which has its own unique concept. This creates a variety of scenarios for relaxation, allowing you to enjoy nature in various formats.
Natural materials such as wood and stone are used for harmonious integration into the surroundings. These honest and tactilely pleasant materials emphasize the naturalness of the environment and strengthen the connection between the architecture and the surroundings.
