The concept of the house is based on a harmonious combination of laconic volumes made of a single material - light brick. This technique creates clear geometric lines and minimalist forms, giving the building a sense of stability and calm harmony. To accentuate individual elements, larch planks are used, adding warmth and naturalness to the appearance.
The interior spaces are designed with special attention to functionality and comfort, which makes the house ideal for living. The main rooms are located on the ground floor: a spacious kitchen-living room, guest rooms and a spa area. The second floor is reserved for the master block, a children's room and an office, providing privacy and comfort for each family member.
The facade from the courtyard side is made with an abundance of panoramic glazing, due to which the interior is filled with light and a sense of openness. This solution allows you to enjoy the picturesque views and creates a smooth transition between the interior space and the surrounding nature.
