The house is located on the first line of the Gulf of Finland. Our task here was to design a small house for the occasional residence of a young creative family with two children. Consequently, both in the architectural forms and in the planning solution, we sought to create a wow effect. So, we placed the master bedroom on the 2nd floor and, in addition to the impressive panoramic window and bathroom in the room itself, we made a glass bridge. It allows you to pass through the double-height living room space and exit onto the usable roof.
The architecture of the house is dictated by the need to solve several problems at the same time: taking advantage of the location and proximity of the Gulf of Finland, as well as protection from strong gusty winds, so we designed all areas in such a way that they were covered as much as possible.
Another unusual feature of the project is the ability to get to the house by helicopter and, accordingly, a helipad on the site.
