Try to imagine a Manhattan apartment with fully panoramic glazing — light stretching to the horizon, the city becoming part of the interior, a sense of height, air, and scale. This is precisely the mood that inspired us when creating this space: openness, graphic design, and honest architecture without unnecessary decoration.
Despite the expressive volume, the project remains extremely minimalist — as minimalist as possible for a living space with a rich lifestyle. We deliberately eliminated all unnecessary elements, leaving only pure geometry, precise proportions, and thoughtful axes. Here, every line, every node, and every material transition are carefully crafted.
Particular attention is paid to details: joints, hidden profiles, integrated lighting, and neat shadow gaps. Minimalism here is built on precision and quality of execution.
At the same time, the interior is neither cold nor sterile. Art is delicately woven into the space through characterful furniture, expressive lamps, sculptures, and paintings, which become meaningful accents, creating a dialogue with the space and emphasizing its intellectuality.
Tactility is a separate layer. The interior literally begs to be touched. A large number of textured fabrics are used, from dense, almost architectural draperies to soft, voluminous textures in upholstered furniture. Stone is used in various finishes: from smoothly polished to brushed and more vibrant, emphasizing its natural texture. Natural wood adds warmth and depth, while metal adds graphic quality and precision to the lines.
In public areas, raffia wall panels create a subtle natural rhythm and a soft play of light, while in children's rooms, fabric panels create a more intimate, acoustically comfortable atmosphere. The materials here work not only visually but also sensorially, creating a sense of comfort without sacrificing status and scale.
This interior is about balance: between the rhythm of the city and privacy, between minimalism and art, between cold architectural austerity and vibrant, warm textures. A space that appears restrained but feels profound.
