SYLVA INTERIOR

Private house

Project description

This townhouse is about color, freedom, and individuality. At the client's request, we deliberately avoided neutral beige solutions and created a lively, rich interior with a distinct character.

The project is based on a carefully considered color palette, structured into a unified system, where each shade contributes to the overall rhythm of the space and maintains its integrity.

The layout is built around a combined kitchen and living room: the island flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating the center of the home and a space for living and socializing. The project includes a master suite, a children's room with a study, and custom elements — including a shelving unit for a car collection that becomes an interior art piece.

The key compositional element is the cantilevered staircase, located in the central part of the house. It forms the architectural axis, extends into the TV area, and integrates the supporting column into a single, visually cohesive composition.

Special attention was paid to the use of tiles. We used several formats and textures, combining them in scale and pattern. Here, tiles become not just a functional material, but a tool for zoning and accentuation — they support the color palette, add depth, and create a multi-layered interior while remaining within the confines of modern minimalism.
