In this project, our task was a spot reconstruction of the office building of a company that produces high-quality modern playgrounds. At the same time, we were limited to the existing building, the design of which could not be significantly changed, and next to which there are railway tracks for local transport links with the production of the same company.
Therefore, we focused on the non-trivial design of the facades, which introduced variety and dynamics into the regular window layout thanks to a multi-format strip, which protrudes in some places, and is recessed in others and looks different from different angles.
On the side of the railway tracks, we added a levitating glass volume that serves as a meeting room. We also organized many terraces around the building, which both office workers and company clients can access.
