We were given a well-known charismatic hotel in the mountains of Georgia as the initial data. And our task was to think through a reconstruction that would expand the functionality of the hotel, but at the same time preserve its recognizability and color.
We added a modern spa complex, expanded the outdoor pool, increased the number of rooms, and completely re-profiled the restaurant. At the same time, we abandoned the idea of hanging new materials on the facade. On the contrary, with the help of laconic art forms made of brass, we carefully gave the appearance of the building an outrageousness, which, together with the rethinking of the functions, turned it into a modern boutique hotel with its own history and true Georgian charm.
