The structure of the house is built around two important aspects: maximum privacy and the organization of the most incredible views from all rooms. The courtyard-patio references the local Spanish aesthetic, and the multi-sloping roofs create a spectacular, memorable image of the house from any point. That is, there is no main or secondary facade; the house is presentable from all sides.
Functionally, this project is a classic comfortable villa with all the premises necessary for a country house: from a small gym and spa block to the entire set of common and private areas, including separate rooms for staff.
