The idea of creating the architecture of this house, as one of the houses in the village, was to rethink the parallel, laconic forms that we are accustomed to, and add dynamics to the image, inspired by the volumes of the sail developing in the wind and the smooth shapes of the yacht’s hull. And we decided to reflect this in the external appearance of the house from the street side, where a person passing by could stop their gaze at the play of the curvilinear shape of the first floor and the strict, laconic volume of the second floor. At the same time, the owner of the house will always be able to observe the change in the visual image caused by the play of light and shadow of curved and rectilinear planes.
