The house was designed as a standard one for a village without being tied to a specific site, therefore the planning structure and architectural image of the house allow it to be located on different types of sites without violating the privacy and insolation of residential premises.
With a relatively small area, the house has a spacious hall with an accent staircase, a comfortable large living room with glazing on three sides and a double-height space, and four bedrooms. With the minimalism of the main architectural volumes, the expressiveness of the house is given by awnings in an accent shade of metal and walls in wooden trim, which stand separately and zone the terrace and canopy.
