TRACERY HOUSE

Architectural project

Project description

Here, it's not the meters that matter, but the rhythm. Not a display of scale, but a sense of comfort, depth, and connection with nature, in the spirit of contemporary Italian architecture.

We designed a house that appears compact and composed, but inside, it reveals itself as 230 square meters of carefully crafted space. The project is based on the idea of a dialogue between the interior and exterior. We intentionally blurred the boundaries between the house and the garden, allowing the space to flow freely outside. Here, nature becomes a full-fledged participant in the architectural composition and everyday life.

The layout clearly divides the house into private and public areas. The bedrooms remain calm, contemplative, protected from noise and traffic. The common areas, by contrast, become the family's focal point, a place of light, communication, and daily rituals.

The façade is built on a play of textures and rhythms. Rich brick combined with metal creates a striking yet tactile look. By adding patterns and textures to the building's façade, the design becomes interesting yet soft, with endless transitions between light and shadow. By mixing formats and colors, the façade plays with the combination of evergreens and pattern, creating a visually contrasting and distinctive design that captivates.
