We present to you the project of a house in Australia. Customers came to us with a ready-made project that they wanted to significantly refine.
Changing both the layout and the facades of the house, we started from the strict Australian fire safety standards, which prohibit the use of flammable materials. Also, when designing, we took into account that the northern side is sunny. The presence of caissons on the second floor and protruding frames on the first floor allowed to preserve the abundance of large windows, while excluding direct sunlight.
