Project description

Camp B is a compact modular house in a rare format: on water.

Just 17 square meters, it offers everything needed for a truly relaxing holiday: a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sauna, and an outdoor barbecue terrace. Minimal space and maximum living options.

The BY home technology is built on the principles of rationality and precise balance. Eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient solutions, functional layout, and optimal cost work together as a single system.

The modular house can be adapted at the design stage and scaled up over time. All modules are manufactured in a factory with quality control, and on-site, the house is assembled quickly and precisely, like an architectural construction kit, under technical supervision.

Turnkey construction takes from several months to six months: the engineering systems, supporting structures, and finishing are already completed at the factory.

The main idea of this technology is a home that grows with you. By starting with a compact format, you can always add new modules and increase the space when you really need it.
