This is an unusual project of a house as part of a recreational complex, which is intended for rental. That is why our main task was to make the house charismatic and memorable, so that people would get an exceptionally positive experience when interacting with it.
One of the main features of the house is the pond, which passes from the exterior to the interior and is a visual accent both outside and inside the house.
Since there will be several such houses in the complex, we have paid special attention to privacy. This was reflected in the orientation of all the main rooms to private areas, making them inaccessible to prying eyes.
