The architecture of this house is defined by the narrow extended shape of the plot and despite some visual constraints has become an inventive art object. The single-storey house is only 6 meters wide and occupies almost the entire area of the plot, and from the main entrance you can't immediately see its scale as well as the camouflaged entrance.
In the project implemented spectacular original solutions - a cozy private courtyard with lively greenery in the center of the house, wooden awnings along the side facade of one side and enfilade of brick openings on the other side, soft gravel backing with lawn plantings and unusual niches on the main facade with a hidden door.
All necessary functional areas in the house are placed and divided into two blocks - public and residential. Between these areas is a cozy private courtyard with access to an open terrace.
To achieve an even more expressive visual image, we used brickwork, stucco and wooden elements of the facades.
