The single-story house is designed to accommodate a family of five and covers over 300 square meters. The planning structure of the house develops along a central corridor, where the personal rooms of the owners are placed on one side. The rational arrangement of the rooms, the combined space of the common area, large panoramic windows, and transparent sliding partitions with access to the terraces allow you to feel the livability and authenticity of the architecture as a whole.
The project is interesting not only because of the planning solution, but also because of the choice of facade materials. We see a combination of several types of coating in a quiet color scheme, which makes the exterior image of the house laconic, simple and modern. The fence also plays an important role in the perception of the architecture, emphasizing its minimalist visual image.
