The house is located in Ortabatumi near a picturesque serpentine that leads to the mountains, and a dense forest and mountain ranges can be seen directly from the plot.
The main idea of the project was to create a spacious one-storey house of unusual configuration, which could be located on a difficult terrain with height differences up to 7 meters. The customer wanted to observe the "modularity" of each block of the house so that each of the blocks could function independently. Hence the visual image of a floating house of three blocks, which effectively lay on the existing relief and landscape, and the wood finish harmonizes well with the surroundings.
