In this project, the main input for us was the technical task from the client, who wanted to place in the house the maximum number of functions with clear interaction with each other. Therefore, in addition to the main functions typical for a modern country house, the project includes a spa block, a gym, a wine storage room, a gallery, a banquet hall, etc. All this and the fact that the house will be located on a narrow plot determined the architectural image.
The lower part of the house is a pronounced stylobate in the style of a modernist gallery. And the barnhouses, in addition to solving functional problems, make the complex compositionally integral and create the feeling of not just a huge architectural block, but an aesthetically cozy village of individual barnhouses.
