In this project we worked on the design of the facades and landscaping of a house in Canada. The house is located in a very scenic, sparsely populated cliff top location, and its panoramic windows have incredible ocean views. We were tasked with designing the facades with natural, environmentally certified materials. We opted for noble larch with minimal processing. Thus, the facades of the house combines this material in two shades: a warm natural and black, obtained by treating the wood with dark impregnation.
There is also a small bathhouse on the site, and down the slope there are cozy terraces with a fire pit, sitting area and a font.
