In this project, our task was to place 2 houses with different functions on a large plot: the main private residence of the customer and an independent recreational complex.
The main house is represented by two axes that intersect with each other and form visual accents, creating spectacular perspectives. The first floor contains mainly common areas, the second floor is more private.
Recreational functions are moved outside the main house. And we decided to do this not just as separate buildings, but as a whole house that resembles an art object.
A fitness room, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a boathouse - we placed all this under a very unusual architectural appearance, dividing it into zones and forming another full-fledged house, visually complementing the main residence.
