As an introduction to this project, we had a three-story house with a basement on a large plot of 0.4 hectares. The house is a typical example of private architecture of the 2000s: a large number of bay windows, plastic profile glazing, a complex silhouette of the roof made of copper folds.
During the reconstruction we completely removed the roof and the third floor and completely replaced the materials of the façade, which were dictated by the numerous rounded corners of the house. The entire existing frame of the building was preserved; practically all of the window openings were formed by the demolished parts of the house and the existing openings. As a result, we have transformed the obsolete and bulky image of the house into a light, modern and expressive architectural look.
