To create a timeless interior - that was our main goal in working on this penthouse. Here our work was divided into 2 components: the design of the living space and the design of the huge terrace of 300+ m².
We considered this interior through the prism of integrity, so the project has a minimum of blank walls and almost mono-material finishing: parquet as a single canvas and paint as a finishing material for the walls and ceiling throughout the apartment.
For a large common space, we did not want a clear division of zones, but, on the contrary, wanted to make the living room all-consuming comfortable: for work, privacy or noisy evenings with friends. We made it so that from each point of the interior some beautiful intriguing perspective opened up, so that both lying on the couch and sitting at the dining table, the gaze had something to catch on, something to look at and study.
The same principle is present in the master block, in which only the bathroom is isolated behind a sliding door. We placed the wardrobe behind the headboard of the bed, making it a walk-through, and the sleeping area and reading area are zoned only conditionally, forming a single open space.
The terrace is divided into zones just as conditionally, which creates opportunities for implementing various scenarios: from family barbecues to meditation in the soft sofa area or sunbathing on sun loungers by the pool.
