A space where dreams become architecture, and every detail is an extension of the owner's character and personal story. This is a large-scale, deeply thought-out project in which living scenarios are woven into the very structure of the house: from private routes to expressive visual axes and focal points.
A private LEGO showroom, designed as a glass cube with variable lighting scenarios, a workshop, a striking car hangar visible from different areas of the house, and a bridge connecting the two wings — elements that create a unique spatial dramaturgy. The two-level hangar, with its clear window rhythm and rotating platform for convenient parking, becomes not just a functional hub but an architectural accent, uniting the main living spaces and setting the dynamic tone for the entire house.
The interior is designed in a neutral palette with an emphasis on light, the tactility of materials, and the interplay of textures. Clean geometry is combined with the warmth of natural wood, stone, and soft fabrics, while color accents appear at key architectural points, emphasizing the depth of the space.
The heart of the public area — the spacious kitchen-living room — opens up through panoramic glass and a skylight in the ceiling, filling the interior with soft, diffused light. The coffered wooden ceiling creates a rhythm and adds architectural depth to the space.
This is a home where scale meets intimacy, and technology and architectural solutions serve a single purpose — to create a space in which to live, create, and be inspired.
