In this project, we had to develop a development concept within the framework of the general plan from the city municipality with clear urban planning regulations for an apartment complex of variable height and townhouses.
We developed a complex that, on the one hand, does not reflect excessive luxury and complex architectural solutions, and, on the other hand, will definitely become a visual accent and decoration of this area.
One of the main features of the project is the screens that serve as acoustic diffusers. They are made of HPL panels covered with natural veneer, emphasizing the naturalness of the concept.
In addition to the block development, we had to develop a project for several townhouses within the framework of the same strict urban planning regulations. At the same time, we sought to maintain a common identity through the use of the same materials and techniques, so that the townhouses would be a continuation of the work of one developer, but at the same time have their own unique appearance.
