The house is designed for a small family, but can accommodate a large group of friends. The heart of the house can be called a spacious two-light living room, combined with the kitchen and dining room. And one of the features is its cantilevered part, hovering over the site. A noticeable feature of the house is a large area of glazing: U-shaped panoramic glazing of the living room, continuous ribbon glazing under the ceiling of the part of the house, glazing gallery on the first floor with access to the terrace, etc. This gives a sense of an inseparable connection between the interior of the house and the surrounding nature.
The site is located outside the city, in a picturesque place surrounded by large pine trees. To emphasize the unity of the house with nature, the project provides for a tree growing right on the terrace of the house.
In the decoration used only three materials that are in harmony with each other. These are clinker bricks, large-format porcelain stoneware and wooden slats.
