West Palm

Architectural project

Project description

This 4,440 ft² residence in West Palm Beach, Florida, embodies modern elegance with a minimalist aesthetic, featuring clean horizontal lines, expansive glass facades, and a refined combination of concrete, wood, and white stucco. Surrounded by natural landscaping and tall pines, the house blends seamlessly with its environment, offering both privacy and a strong indoor-outdoor connection.

At the heart of the home, the spacious 700 ft² living area extends into the dining space and open kitchen, which features a large island with a built-in wine cooler. A separate secondary kitchen and pantry provide additional functionality for heavy cooking, keeping the main space open and uncluttered. Deep roof overhangs and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors enhance natural light while providing shade and protection from the elements.

The layout is designed for comfort and privacy, with the master suite positioned furthest from the road, opening directly to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. An adjacent office creates a quiet workspace. Three additional bedrooms and a guest room, each with its own bathroom and built-in storage, are located near the entrance for easy access.

The outdoor areas are integral to the design, featuring a large covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area, seamlessly extending the living space into the lush garden. The garage, positioned at the front, along with a landscaped wall, helps buffer noise and views from the street while maintaining the home’s clean architectural expression. This residence is a perfect balance of modern functionality, natural integration, and refined aesthetics.
