Conceptually, this house continues to support the river and port themes of the entire village. The main idea of the house and its forming is built on a planning solution represented by three main zones of economic, general and private. The second floor is completely private and deployed 17 degrees relative to the first. This technique changes the orientation of the view from the window and makes the architectural image of the house more dynamic.
One of the interesting features of the house is a canopy that covers both the parking area and the gallery, creating a single volume of the first floor.
