One of the three houses of the settlement project in Mongolia. The house consists of two blocks: ground floor and above ground. The basement block includes an entrance hall with checkroom, garage and technical facilities. The upper level includes living quarters: two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, study, a large common area with access to the backyard.
Mongolia has a very continental climate: very hot summers and very cold winters. The issue of overheating is as acute as that of freezing. Therefore, we formed overhangs around the perimeter of the common area, which block direct sunlight. The master bedroom is covered by facade shutters, which you can open and enjoy the view.
