The house is located on the bank of the river, which significantly influenced the planting of the house on the site: all the main areas we oriented towards the picturesque views of the water surface.
The planning solution of the house is presented in the form of three levels. The lower level included technical rooms and a boathouse for boat storage. On the middle level we placed the public functions: a large common area living-room-kitchen-dining room, office, studio and a bath. The upper level is private, represented by the master suite and additional bedrooms.
Also in this project it was important to us to respect the privacy in relation to the neighbors in order to close the bedrooms from prying eyes.
