This residence, unlike many others in ecopolis ESSENCE, is located on a flat plot and this fact has significantly influenced the architectural forms and visual features of the house. Also, when planting the house, we took into account the radius rounding of the plot and the presence of beautiful adult fir trees on it. All these factors determined the appearance of the house in the form of a complex multi-stage volume with an unusual integration of internal public areas into the courtyard space through a system of complex terraces and a gazebo.
As the main material of the facade, we chose a tree of a rich dark shade, which finds its continuation in the interior, thereby strengthening the connection of the house with its surroundings.
