When designing this project, we had to solve several problems at once: to make the house as functional as possible, taking into account the wishes of the customers and, at the same time, to fit into the strict restrictions on the area allocated for construction. It was the given building site that determined such a laconic form of the house.
We tried to orient all the main rooms to the courtyard overlooking the tall poplar, on which the customer plans to make a house on the door for children. We have chosen all facade materials in such a way as to emphasize laconic architectural forms and complement them. We also provided a server room in the house, which turns it into a fully automated smart home.
