The CNA HOUSE concept is based on a horizontal modernist design with clearly defined geometry and proportions. The combination of steel structures, wood textures, and concrete panels create a concise ensemble of materials that maintains the integrity of the entire image of the house.
The second floor is displaced relative to the ground floor, which allows for visual lightness without weighing down the composition.
A rational layout allowed to make the rooms as comfortable as possible for a house of this size, and the kitchen-living room is complemented by a lounge area on the outdoor terrace and enriches the living environment with decorative techniques.
