In this project, we dealt with difficult terrain and numerous building restrictions.
During our acquaintance with the customer, we learned that he is very fond of cars and even has a small collection. At that moment it became clear that there would be more than one garage. We made a house of three blocks, one of which is located on the lower level of the plot and consists of a spacious garage for three cars, a utility block with an entrance from the street and a boiler room. The upper part of the house is one-storey and consists of two blocks: public and private. Both blocks are connected by an entrance area.
The windows of the common area overlook the fabulous mountainous terrain and in the evenings will delight you with gorgeous sunsets.
