In this project, we dealt with a relief area, which offers an incredible view of the mountain range and Tbilisi.
Our task was to place the house with the orientation of the main premises to a perspective view, using all the advantages of the relief area. This formed the outline of the future development.
The expressive image from the street side is formed by the pure geometry of the barn, in which the carport, entrance group, attic floor are integrated. The common area of the house is located in the lower glazed stylobate, which has direct communication with the courtyard space and is visually closed from the street. To maintain the idea of pure geometry of facades, beveled planken was used as the main finishing material in combination with crossbar brick. The composition is complemented by a cantilever volume finished with fiber-concrete panels. In combination with anthracite window blocks and wooden plank, they form an extraordinary minimalistic image.
