This unusual house is located in Lower Saxony and our main task was to make a smooth flow of the features of the urban environment into architecture, while maintaining conciseness and practicality.
The plot is located in an industrial area, which obliged us to make an industrial facility with a ratio of 60/40: 60 - industrial part, 40 - residential. Therefore, the main element was a warehouse made of glass, which is illuminated at night and creates an unusual atmosphere. In contrast with it stands a residential block with a finish of clinker brick and concrete. The customer also wanted to make a transformable layout so that in the future, when the children move out, to rent this part of the house.
