Project description

The ULICA project is a modern representation of a townhouse complex . The main technique of the project's architecture was the contrast of textured materials with the form. Thanks to this technique, each house turned out to be unique, suitable for specific residents.

ULICA consists of 6 blocked houses, united by architecture and landscaping. Each plot with a house is divided into 3 zones, separated by a level of privacy:

• A common area of the street facade, with common, not separated, paths
• Residential area where the house is located with a terrace and access to the courtyard
• The backyard, which can be accessed through a terrace with a panoramic window

In addition to individual terraces located in the backyard, each house also has an individual combination of balconies and terraces. Each 3-storey section is equipped with an operational roof, but at the same time it is isolated from others, thanks to architectural and planning solutions.
